Work it out Wednesday {I got nothing}

Happy Wednesday. 

I'm a little embarrassed to write this post.  I didn't really do all.

If you remember last weeks Tuesday workout, then you know it was a hard one.

So hard that I was barely even able to walk.  It was bad.  So bad that the following days were nothing.

Wednesday - Nothing

Thursday - Nothing

Friday - Nothing

Saturday - Nothing

Sunday - Nothing

Monday - Nothing

Sad, right?  Luckily, my legs are finally back to normal.  I'm pretty sure I should have stretched them a lot more than I did after that last workout and I wouldn't have been hurting near as long.  The good side to this?  That is a great CrossFit workout and I will be doing it again soon. 

Tuesday - 2 Miles at the track.

The above picture makes me happy!  I say this because I didn't even run the whole two miles.  My legs just were not ready to be running again I suppose.  They weren't hurt from last week, they just weren't in the mood.  So annoying.  But, even with only what I did, I got my workout on.  And that makes me happy.

I hope I will have more for you next week!
