I believe I have finally gotten back into couponing regularly again. Here is what I was able to get last week.
5 boxes of Chex Cereal - 1.00 each
1 box of Cinn Toast Crunch - 1.00 each
10 bottles of dressing - 1.00 each
6 Colgate Toothpastes - .50 each
1 Oreo - FREE
1 Shredded Cheese - FREE
9 ears of corn - FREE
To get the FREE items I had coupons! The oreos and cheese were Kroger home mailer coupons. The corn was $1 FREE produce when I bought 2 bottles of Kraft dressing, and I had three of those.
Total spent was $20 and some change after taxes.
Total saved was $56. and some change.
I would call that a Savings!
(Please do not think I am a horder! lol We are a family of five and the cereal will last us two weeks....if I am lucky! The dressing will last us a month or so. And the corn is already cooked and gone! HA!)
I will be linking up to these fab parties!
Have a great day!
Good job! I was couponing for awhile, but once I started back at work got out of the habit...I've been eyeing the coupons coming in lately, thinking about slowly starting back up again. Thanks for the inspiration!
ReplyDeletethat's so awesome! i don't have the patience for couponing. plus our local stores don't do much double coupon stuff, so i don't know what i would do to get these types of savings! but what a savvy momma you are!
ReplyDeleteSweet deal! I was glued to the tube during Extreme Couponing yesterday so I'm alllll about the savings... well, watching them anyway! This post is inspiring to actually use coupons! Nice score!
