Pinterest Make Me: {Scarves}

Are you sick of my scarves yet? lol I promise....this is the last one....hopefully, for a while. :) So, there was this pin....you know the rest. Here is what I seen...

I loved the look of the one on the left.  Cute, and elegant!

Here are a few that I have made....

They were super simple.  All you do is cut a knit (or any kind) fabric as long as you would like, and the width big enough so that you can make a "tube" of it.  Then cut your lace the length you want it.  My knit was about three feet long, with a width of about 1 and a half feet.  My lace was about 1 and a half feet long, and the same width as the knit. I sewed down the side of the knit to make the "tube", and did the same with the lace.  Turned it out the right way, then laid the lace on each end and sewed a line around the two connecting them.  It is long enough to be a single scarf and hit at the waist, or doubled around the chest, even tripled to make it a full neck scarf for jackets. :)

The one below I did a little different.  The knit is a "tube".  But the lace I did only a single layer, and just sewed on either side to keep it from raveling.  You can find these in The Shop!  Yep!  Super cute!  I am very pleased with them.

So, what have you been marking off of your pin boards?  If you need an invite, please leave me your email and I will send you an invitation to get you addicted pinning, too!

I like to party over here!
