Savings Saturday

I know most crafters (if not ALL) are very used to thrifting!  Thrift stores, yard sales, estate sales, flea markets and such are great ways to save money!  I just wanted to share with you all of the great things you are able to find if you have never been to the thrift store. Gasp, go now!

Here is what I found the other day:
Pants for hubby, a tie (project to come soon....look for it! :)), a little owl (I've been looking for one for weeks!), and a HOT PINK round table cloth!  L.O.V.E.
This is where the savings come in!  Look at who made this fabulously beautiful hot pink table cloth!  In the store new, it probably cost a good $30 or so!  Wanna know what I paid??? $1.99!  Can I hear a woo- to the- hoo??
And what an adorable little owl!  Project to come soon on this, too. ;)  Wanna know what I paid for the whole shebang??  $9 and some change.

Do you shop at thrift stores??

I will be linking up to these fab parties!

Have a Fabulous Day!

I did a little thrift shopping this week too :) I got an old metal-mesh type chair for 1.50 (my sister would be so proud! LOL) I'm gonna paint it & make a seat-pad for it. AND I got a pair of red-suede STEVE MADDEN open toe dress shoes for 1.99!!!! High five to you & to me!! Yay!!!! I wish I could get away from the house today to do MORE thrift shopping!
